Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of Longitude°. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and the terms of the platform store from which you obtained it.
The service
Longitude° is a calendar client that displays and, when you request it, updates calendar information held by your device or a connected provider. Feature availability depends on the device, operating system, provider, account type, permissions, network connection, and provider API.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing event details before saving, sending invitations, changing attendee responses, deleting events, or opening external links. You must have permission to access and modify every calendar, account, file, room, and contact you use with the app.
Third-party services
Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, map applications, online-meeting services, device calendar stores, Apple App Store, and Google Play are operated by third parties under their own terms and policies. Longitude° does not control their availability, data, pricing, or account decisions.
Longitude° Pro
Longitude° Pro is offered as a non-consumable in-app purchase. Prices and taxes are displayed and processed by the platform store and may vary by region. Purchase restoration requires the same store account and is subject to the store's rules. Refunds are handled by the platform store.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to another person's account or calendar, use it to send unlawful invitations or content, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits.
No professional or emergency reliance
Longitude° is a productivity tool and is not an emergency, medical, legal, financial, transportation, or safety-critical service. Always verify critical dates, times, time zones, locations, and travel information with the authoritative source.
Availability and warranty
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that provider data will always be complete or current. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and termination
Features and these terms may change as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised date. You may stop using the app at any time. Access to connected services can be removed by disconnecting them or revoking authorization with the provider.
